stall in Kin no Uma Inside Kin no Uma

In my training, one of my favourite kitchen is Kin no Uma, a japanese restaurant. Their restaurant is very beautifull and their kitchen has window, so sunlight can come in. I also like japanese food. Another kitchen that i like is western kitchen. The chef there is nice... i will undergo training for 10 weeks, 5 weeks at kitchen and 5 weeks at F&B.

Malay service

2 weeks ago, i and my classmate do a malay service at college. It's a new experience for me since i had only done French service. We even put a Wau at our restaurant as a decoration. We also serve malay food. For the appetizer, it's Seafood Kerabu, which means marinated seafood salad. While for the main course it's Ayam Masak Merah. It's a roasted chicken braised withspicy sauce.

Asian Dessert

I started to learn how to made Asian Dessert this term. I'm in term 3 now. Fot the 1st week which is last week, I and my classmate made Asian Crepe, glutinous rice pocket & Onde-Onde. It's taste nice after we finished making it.All this is Malaysian dessert.

Pencil dressing

Guess what is this? This is a pencil dressing. You can put this onto your pencil or some pen. My friend's parents made it. He brought it to college from home at Sarawak after end term holiday. There are many different decoration and colour on each of it. I think now rarely people use pencil anymore, so I think it can be used on pen also since pen is almost the same with pencil.

Bad Service

I started to hate KTM comuter service. Always arrive not on time, always late. Today while I'm waiting for KTM after class to head back home, the KTM came 40 minutes late, causing me reach home late. Sometimes when I want to take KTM to college at morning, it will come 30 minutes late, causing me almost late for class. Haiz.... But I had no choice, KTM is the only public transport i can use to reach my college.

Sushi King- The Mines

Here is where i work part time job. I work part time here at Saturday & Sunday. I will study from Monday till Friday at college. It's quite fun working at here, because i can get to know new friends. (to view more picture, view it at 'my complete file')

Campus Day

On Sunday I & some of Taylor's College students came to school to become student helper for Campus Day. I become a student ambassador which will bring new students and their family on a campus tour. I brought them to visit around Taylor's College. I start work from 9.30am to 5.30. Taylor's College's restaurant was also opened to visitor to dine and it's free for them. It's a buffet.

Part-time job

Yesterday was the second day i work at Sushi King. I do serving since kitchen work need to be fast, especially at Saturday and Sunday. My friends also ate at Sushi King at Sunday night with her family. She was quite shocked when she saw me work there. The part time work is quite ok but tiring.

start of term 2

my 2nd term at college start tomorrow. And it seems like my timetable has become more compact than 1st term. Butchery class has end. New classes had been added in at 2nd term such as bakery, business math & accounting. almost everyday i study from morning until evening. Only Friday i study until afternoon. Haiz....

Bye to term 1

Today is my last day for term 1 in college. Time indeed fly fast. Today i have F&B exam at class room. I also had helped senior to cook. We prepared roasted chicken and pineapple tart with sliced apple as topping. I've tried it and it's nice. We cook at morning and have F&B exam at afternoon. I will start holiday from tomorrow until next friday.

Finally!!

Finally i'm able to made muffin and cake by my own at home. although it's not too perfect, but it's quite nice too.

old school

Yesterday i went back to my old school, SMK Sg. Long to help teacher in PRS thing. At school there are lots of changes. Some of the old teacher had move out and at the same time there are new teacher move in to our school. One of my favourite councellor, En. Nazri has move out frm the school. I'm not the only senior PRS that feel sad about that. Even the class change a lot.

study at Taylor

Now its about one week already i study at Taylor college. I got new friends, some from Sarawak, Indonesia, and KL. I study diploma in culinary art. On the first day which was at 7 January, i was quite nervous. But now i has become more calm, thanks to my new friend. It seem like Evonne and Sheena also study at this college. i study at Petaling Jaya campus. I ussualy go to school by KTM comuter. it take about an hour and a half to reach the college from my house.

new year

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! On 31 december 2008 i went to Genting with friends to celebrate new year but i fell sick. Although i fell sick but i still manage to watch the spectacular firework at Genting. I went back at 1st of january at evening.
